Is KidsGram regulated by Ofsted?
No. KidsGram is a parental support platform and is not regulated or inspected by Ofsted. Our content and features are designed to align with EYFS principles, but we are not a registered childcare provider.
Can the AI diagnose my child?
Absolutely not. The KidsGram AI is explicitly designed to be non-diagnostic. It provides general, informational suggestions only. If you have concerns about your child's development or health, please consult your GP, health visitor, or a qualified specialist.
How is my child's data protected?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored on UK-based servers, and processed in compliance with UK GDPR. We are registered with the ICO. You can request full data deletion at any time from your account settings.
How do you verify service providers?
All providers undergo a manual vetting process including DBS Enhanced Check verification, professional registration confirmation (HCPC, BACP, NMC etc.), insurance checks, safeguarding training verification, and reference checks.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalty. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, and you can request deletion afterwards.
Does KidsGram replace my child's nursery or school?
No. KidsGram is a supplementary support tool for parents. It does not replace registered childcare providers, schools, or any regulated early years settings. We strongly encourage parents to maintain their child's registered care arrangements.
